Claims like dayworks can be contentious and our approach from the outset is to give our client our honest opinion to any contractual situation even if this means losing a potential commission!!

We also try to resolve any ‘disagreement/dispute’ by mediation in the first instance taking cognisance of the viability and economics of any potential claim. We will appraise the relevant matters with you, consider the contractual situations and provide recommendations on available courses of action.

We will also:

Investigate and demonstrate cause and effect
Provide a detailed narrative to recover time entitlement
Evaluate loss and/or expense
Make representations for adjudication
Prepare defence or referrals
Issue notices
Provide representation at meetings
