ACCOUNTS
We can carry out the final ‘mopping’ up
service in doing the final account both during contract
period and after contract completion with the involvement
of your staff or where they are no longer available.
We will carry out the assessment of any variations
to the contract, whether identified through instructions
or not, by cross referencing and obtaining outstanding
instructions, evaluating variations and ensuring the
contractor is paid what he is due to be.
We will also carry out the quantification of your loss
and/or expense claims, negotiate its settlement and
pursue payment of same.
In conjunction with our value recovery service, we
carry out in tandem cost mitigation service by agreeing
subcontractors and suppliers accounts fairly and reasonably
thereby ensuring that the contractor only pays out the
right amount no more, no less.
